Pairwise Needle Alignment

Currently has an API restriction in place whilst in Beta.
Uses Biopython pairwise2 needle (global) option which is the same as the EMBOSS suite. Uses settings substitution matrix BLOSUM62, gap open score -10 and extend gap score -0.5. Further documentation is available from the Biopython website.
May take up to one minute to process depending on size and will return a Word document colour highlighted with alignment matches and differences.
